Depression, Frustration, Disappointment, Regrets, Feeling Stuck in Life, Anxiety, Burn Out, Confused … all these mental states of mind we’ve gone through all these at some point in our lives and it’s damn hard when you go through it all alone.
Are you experiencing or have you experienced that recurring feeling of constant anger, worrying, emptiness, bitterness, helplessness, hopelessness or lack of drive or sense of direction in life? Physically, mentally and emotionally draining, isn’t it? and the worst part is that we tend to unintentionally spread these negative vibes to our loved ones and the people around us until our relationships are severed or broken and yet still, we unconsciously carry on again this vicious cycle until we can’t bear it and start to knock our senses that we need to seek help.
Yes, by acknowledging that we need help is where the magic begins in our life because we are opening the possibility of change in our current mental state of mind. The moment we acknowledge that we need help is the moment we found out the answer is within us because we realised that we have a choice to change from where we are now to where we want to be.
And how did we simply arrive at that moment of realization?… It is facilitated through a nice heartfelt conversation with someone who has gone through the same experience in life using some life’s metaphors to help us understand the nature of human experience. Metaphors for life are a way of comparing life to other things in a way that may help us think about our lives and problems in a different way. Collectively, metaphors not only help us describe and make sense of our lives, but can serve as a source of encouragement, motivation, or gratitude.
Yes, it’s true, change happens in a heartbeat in a simple conversation that may point us in the right direction where we want to be.
They said you can’t give away what you don’t have. So this time, it’s ‘paying forward’ time and we want to help you shift your consciousness and gain insights from your life’s experiences so you can be at a better place you want to be.
